What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Investigate and resolve application-related problems, handling helpdesk escalations through tickets and phone

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of an associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least one year of experience in a computer technical support role
- Must possess a valid driver’s license, own vehicle, and automobile insurance
- Ability to travel more than fifty percent of the time
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
