What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Independently manage multiple medium or single department-scale business projects from inception to close
- Lead process improvement or new business service implementation initiatives
- Create, provide, and facilitate end-user training sessions
- Ensure proactive communication between business proponents, stakeholders, and department leadership
- Develop proposals considering alternatives and business cases for project initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of technology or business administration experience, or Associate’s degree with 5 years of technology or business administration experience
- Experience working in healthcare technology
- Knowledge of business systems and processes, including IT domain and data transfer protocols
- Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and facilitation skills
- Evidence of strong interpersonal skills including conflict resolution and meeting facilitation

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field
- Prior experience with committee and consensus-driven organizations
- Familiarity with SCC Soft LIS, Epic EHR, interface engines (e.g., Cloverleaf), and FHIR
- Demonstrated history of continuing education in personnel and administrative processes
