Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates through a variety of channels, conducting interviews, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. You will collaborate with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of their technical requirements and develop strategies to identify the right talent quickly and effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Source, attract, and recruit top IT talent across various technology roles.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for client needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and develop tailored recruiting strategies.
• Utilize multiple sourcing strategies, including social media, job boards, and networking, to build a strong candidate pool.
• Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through to job offer acceptance.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends and market conditions to enhance sourcing strategies.
• Provide exceptional service and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics to ensure continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within the IT industry.
• Strong understanding of various IT roles, technologies, and the current job market.
• Proven ability to attract and recruit candidates in a competitive market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on candidate experience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• A proactive approach and willingness to utilize innovative sourcing techniques.
