What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide quality technical telephone and chat support to end users on common computer system or hardware problems or questions
- Enter and maintain accurate descriptions for all communications requesting support
- Coordinate vendor hardware and software service when necessary
- Install personal computer hardware and peripheral components and software
- Troubleshoot software packages and coordinate installation of hardware and software

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years technical experience in computer or network support
- Solid foundation of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Ability to work within a Trouble Ticket environment and multitask in a changing and demanding environment
- Exceptional communication skills, both orally and in writing
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships and work evening hours and weekends when necessary

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Some higher education and/or certifications in relevant fields
- Working knowledge of Retail POS Support
- Knowledge of user support techniques and telecommunications platforms
- Self-motivated and a strong team player
