      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide initial support and assistance to users of PCs, PC networks, and related peripheral devices
      - Analyze problems with vendor applications and contact vendors for support if necessary
      - Refer support issues to the Technical Support Specialist II or System Engineer when appropriate
      - Document all support calls using the Help Desk System
      - Manage projects effectively and meet deadlines as assigned by management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills
      - Excellent project management skills
      - Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office
      - A+ or greater IT certification or degree
      - Demonstrated understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, and current Windows environments

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in technical support within a dealership or automotive environment
      - Familiarity with troubleshooting printer and peripheral issues
      - Previous experience with Help Desk systems
      - Additional IT certifications beyond A+ certification
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
