What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide on-site user technical support for classified communications modeling systems
- Answer user inquiries via phone and email accurately and courteously
- Perform system troubleshooting and incident investigation
- Utilize the ServiceNow ticketing system for tracking requests and incidents
- Develop Helpdesk Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operational efficiency

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active Top Secret Clearance or Secret Clearance with TS Eligibility
- Strong customer service skills
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT Helpdesk environments
- Ability to communicate effectively with other teams
- Capability to learn system operations and guide users through troubleshooting steps

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Familiarity with the ServiceNow ticketing system
- Experience working within Active Directory
