What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in the planning, design, and development of application infrastructure and clinical systems
- Ensure adequate testing, quality assurance, and documentation of changes
- Train IT employees and advise end-users on information systems operations
- Monitor system performance and quality, making necessary modifications
- Communicate effectively with customers, administration, and team members regarding IT services

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology or related field
- Progressive knowledge of assigned clinical software applications and healthcare operations
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a problem-solver
- Strong oral/written communication and interpersonal relationship skills
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred, particularly in healthcare

- Bachelor's Degree or 3 years of experience in Information Technology
- Strong desktop tool usage including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Effective follow-up skills and ability to work independently
