What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in planning, design, development, training, and implementation of software applications
- Conduct testing and ensure quality assurance and documentation of changes
- Train IT employees and advise end-users on information systems operations
- Monitor system performance and plan for decommission of applications when necessary
- Communicate with customers and team members regarding IT services and solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology or related field
- Progressive knowledge of assigned clinical software applications and healthcare operations
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or 3 years of experience in Information Technology
- 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare
- Strong desktop tool usage, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
