As the Learning & Development and Wellbeing team, we're passionate about empowering our colleagues with the skills and resources they need to thrive at ITV. We create and deliver learning and development opportunities that are designed to promote wellbeing and support our More than TV strategy. From workshops and coaching to mentoring and career development, we offer something for everyone, at every level. We also look to attract and retain talent through our work experience programmes, apprenticeships and graduate programmes.

Key Activities

• Meet team members and understand about what each area does and is responsible for (Development, Wellbeing and Early careers)

• Shadow meetings across the team and support on any events running on those days

• Learn how we support the business and develop our colleagues

Minimum Criteria

• Must be over 16 years old

• Complete the application form for the placement you are interested in
