Qualifications

You'll have...

A bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, engineering or a related field and 3 years of experience in the position offered or 3 years of experience providing engineering support for In-Vehicle and Connected Infotainment Systems including interfaces, communication protocols, and architecture. Also requires 3 years of experience performing system engineering for electrical architectures and electrical systems; analyzing and resolving systems issues; using CAN tools to collect and diagnose; authoring requirements and using requirements management tools; and using Model-Based system development processes in Unified Modeling Language (UML), System Modeling Language (SysML) and UML/SysML tools.

We are offering a salary of $122,803.00 - $195,792.78/yr.

IVI-C System Engineer - positions offered by Ford Motor Company (Dearborn, Michigan). Position reports to Dearborn, MI office. Telecommuting permitted in accordance with company policy, but must live within commuting distance of stated office. Interact with feature owners and software development teams to scope and define systems interface specifications including deriving functional level requirements from feature level requirements, and utilizing a model-based systems engineering approach to define individual functions, use cases, sequence diagrams, and related.
