What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Speak with consumers over the phone experiencing emotional distress or mental health issues
- Build rapport and engage with clients
- Assess risk and manage documentation during calls
- Provide resources and information to callers
- Identify coping strategies and develop safety plans

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduate degree in a behavioral health field (MSW, PsyD, or PhD) or a clinical practice emphasis (M.A. or M.S.) from an accredited program
- Licensed as a limited or fully licensed social worker or counselor according to state licensing board requirements
- Reside in Tennessee and hold a valid license such as LPC, LPC/MHSP, LMSW, LCSW, LAPSW, LMFT, or Psychologist

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in crisis intervention or telephonic counseling in a healthcare-related field
