What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with business, IT, and external partners to manage JDE-related requirements and documentation
- Drive the definition and optimization of business processes related to HRIS and Payroll systems
- Develop and deliver documentation and training materials for process compliance
- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues, coordinating with technical support teams as needed
- Serve as the primary IT owner of the HR module, providing solutions to HR & Payroll teams

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst with knowledge of systems architecture concepts
- Familiarity with JD Edwards Modules: General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Procurement, and more
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex issues and data
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical user groups
- Experience managing compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in project management and job cost tracking
- Knowledge of cost code structures associated with jobs and projects
- Familiarity with enterprise-wide solutions and applications development
- Experience in a team lead capacity or coordinating activities of other personnel
- Proven ability to implement creative solutions for system issues
