What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain and optimize AWS EC2 and EKS clusters for high availability and performance
- Lead troubleshooting of production outages, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis
- Collaborate with development teams to provide support and share deployment best practices
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding cluster status and ongoing improvements
- Implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps/SRE roles with a focus on AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools
- Proficiency in AWS services such as EC2, EKS, IAM, and S3
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes architecture and operations
- Experience with scripting languages for automation (e.g., Python, Bash)
- Understanding of monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus and CloudWatch

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with GitOps tools (Flux or ArgoCD)
- Knowledge of AWS CDK for Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Exposure to Java applications and architectural knowledge related to AWS
