What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain and optimize AWS EC2 and EKS clusters to ensure high availability and performance
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for production outages, providing timely resolution and root cause analysis
- Collaborate with development teams to address inquiries and share best practices for deployment and operations
- Communicate updates on cluster status, incidents, and ongoing improvements to Directors and other stakeholders
- Implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in DevOps/SRE roles with a focus on AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools
- Proficiency in AWS services (EC2, EKS, IAM, S3, Load Balancers, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes architecture and operations
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation
- Understanding of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, CloudWatch, or New Relic)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with GitOps tools (Flux or ArgoCD)
- Knowledge of AWS CDK for Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Understanding of Java applications
- Some architectural knowledge related to AWS
