What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Complete system-wide manual configurations in sandbox and production Salesforce orgs
- Install and configure managed packages
- Create and configure sandbox environments
- Assist development teams with manual configurations when automated metadata deployments are not supported
- Monitor Salesforce org health issues and provision Salesforce users

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Knowledge and ability to use Salesforce-related CI/CD tools such as Gearset, GitHub, Copado, or Flosum
- Deep understanding of Salesforce data and metadata types
- Experience with monitoring Salesforce org health issues
- Experience with provisioning Salesforce users

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a similar role within a technology solutions or AI services environment
