What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop complex functionalities and suggest improvements for design standards
- Validate new features and perform integration testing
- Implement solutions on the Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud platforms
- Create Lightning Web Components (LWC) and debug existing issues
- Conduct POCs for solution validation and manage version control using Git (GitHub/GitLab)

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficiency in GitHub, GitLab, and Scratch orgs
- Experience with LWC, Aura Components, and APEX
- Knowledge in Digital Engagement, including omnichannel, Einstein bots, and asynchronous processing
- Familiarity with REST integrations and automation processes (flows, approval processes)
- Understanding of Lightning AppBuilder, Custom Metadata, and external services

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce certifications
- Skills in requirement gathering and experience in solution design using the platform and its products
- Knowledge of CRM systems
