What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make sales calls and conduct follow-up calls to prospective customers (no cold calls)

- Learn and comply with Federal and State legal requirements and standards
- Maintain good oral and written communication and organizational skills
- Work on a computer, utilizing email and CRM systems

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must possess an active Life Insurance license in the resident state
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service, sales, insurance industry, or call center experience
- Comfortable working on a computer, including email and CRM systems
- High-speed, hardwired internet connection with specified download and upload speeds

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the insurance industry or telesales
- Strong familiarity with CRM systems
- Additional language skills, particularly Spanish
- Previous experience in a remote work environment
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets
