      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Facilitate, execute, and report change control practices both internally and externally with Federal Agencies
      - Maintain change control processes and procedures within the Change Management Plan
      - Engage stakeholders throughout the change process and ensure compliance
      - Facilitate internal Change Control Board meetings and submit changes following defined Federal Agency processes
      - Conduct change tracking, status accounting, and audits

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree
      - Minimum of 4 years of demonstrated change management related experience
      - Experience with ITSM change management tools
      - Knowledge of IT systems management and development life cycles
      - Effective oral and written communication skills
      - Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - ITIL v4 certification
      - Security+ certification
      - Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, and SharePoint
      - Knowledge of configuration, requirements, incident, and problem management
