      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide support for the DHS's E-GovTravel Services Program (e.g., ConcurGov, STATS)
      - Assist with travel system configuration, testing, and change management
      - Develop and update travel business practices and compliance policies
      - Conduct audits and reviews of travel expense reports for accuracy
      - Provide end-user support and training on travel system usage

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
      - 5+ years of experience in federal travel management, expense tracking, and compliance
      - Familiarity with federal travel regulations (FTR) and ConcurGov
      - Must possess a Public Trust clearance
      - Proficiency in travel management software (e.g., ConcurGov, STATS)

      - Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM)
      - Certified Travel Industry Specialist (CTIS)
      - Government Travel Professional (GTP) Certification
      - Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) - Excel
      - Concur Certified Travel Specialist (CCTS)
