  Job Title:

  Journeyman Plumber

  Pay:

  45-50/hr

  Description:

  New opportunity specializing in the manufacturing of pre-manufactured modular homes for multi-family living, senior living, and the hospitality developments. Modular homes are the concept of manufacturing entire buildings in a production manufacturing environment. These units are then trucked out to new build construction sites to be assembled by the general contractor.

  Seeking a Plumber with knowledge of residential and commercial builds.

  Responsibilities:

  • The Finished Plumber will install water, vent, and the waste pipe, along with appliances and fixtures such as sinks, toilets, and dishwashers in modular unit(s)

  • Installs pipes for water and gas

  • Assembles pipe sections, tubing, and fitting, using coupling, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvents, caulking, or soldering

  • Assembles fittings and valves for installation

  • Measures, cuts, threads, and bends pipes to required angles using hand and power tools, or machines

  • Follows instruction on installation

  • Tests plumbing system for leaks and other problems

  • Performs other related duties as assigned

  Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience of commercial and residential new builds

  • Ability to read blueprints; and knowledge of plumbing applications

  • Ability to work in collaboration, lead, and be a team player

  • Skilled in interpersonal communication by establishing and maintaining effective working relationships

  The pay range for this position is $73000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
