      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative support for various project teams, including coordination of product development, meetings, and training
      - Conduct research, data analyses, and management studies related to community development and homeless assistance
      - Assist in tracking and reporting on monthly project status and monitoring project budgets
      - Draft, edit, and enter narrative responses in web-based planning and reporting systems
      - Review work products for compliance with established standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field such as social and political sciences, urban planning, economics, business, or social work
      - One to two years of related experience, with experience in federal grants management being a plus
      - Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly
      - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel; math proficiency is also required
      - Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in a fast-paced team environment

      - Familiarity with federal grants management processes
      - Experience in community development or homeless assistance programs
      - Knowledge of web-based planning and reporting systems
