What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct desk research and literature reviews to support evaluations of donor-funded projects
- Program surveys and perform data cleaning, management, analysis, and visualization using Microsoft Excel and Stata/R
- Draft results summaries and policy briefs based on research findings
- Support interviews and presentations, contributing to team discussions and project execution
- Provide administrative assistance to research teams and contribute to project planning

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in economics, international development, public policy, or a related field
- One to two years of related experience, with academic experience acceptable
- Proficiency in Python and Stata/R, and experience with data management and cleaning
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Fluency and excellent communication skills in English

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Subject matter expertise in governance, political economy, elections, corruption, civil society, land rights, or gender/DEIA
- Experience with quantitative research, particularly impact evaluations such as randomized control trials
- GIS and LaTeX skills
- Familiarity with qualitative research methods and software packages like NVIVO or Atlas.ti
- Proficiency in French, Spanish, or Portuguese
