What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Analyze and synthesize data to translate findings into actionable insights
- Advocate for users to ensure their voice informs product and service decisions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least one year of experience conducting research in an academic or professional setting
- Degree in HCI, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Anthropology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of various research methods and their application during the product life cycle
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills
- Proven experience with survey design and statistical analysis in research projects is preferred

- Previous experience working in education or with youth
- Storytelling skills to deliver memorable and actionable insights
