      Paladin Consulting is currently hiring a Jr. Graphic Designer to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in Coppell, TX.

      Job Title: Jr. Graphic Designer
      Work Location: Coppell, TX
      Duration: Long-term contract

      Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
      Education/Experience Required: High school or equivalent

      Job Description:

      We are looking for a Junior Designer to create engaging designs according to requirements. You will work under the supervision of a Senior Designer to produce high-quality work.
      In this role, you should be highly creative and have a sharp eye for details. Must manage creatives to maintain Brand Standards, any deviation requires Marketing approvals.
      Your goal will be to create impactful designs that capture and promote our customer's vision.

      Responsibilities :
      • Participating in various design projects from concept to completion
      • Producing drafts, prototypes, and engaging design solutions
      • Listening to feedback to hone skills and improve design
      • Understand project requirements and concepts
      • Use various techniques to create drafts, models, and prototypes
      • Update final design with print specs (like logos, banners, interfaces)
      • Pitch creative ideas
      • Collaborate with team members to launch projects
      • Take on special design tasks (e.g. color corrections to meet brand standards)
      • Use feedback from other designers to improve
      • Support form design for Medical record forms
      Skills & Qualifications :
      • BSc/BA in Design or a related field
      • 1-3 years of experience as a Junior Designer
      • Experience with design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) and graphics editing tools (e.g. Photoshop, PitStop, MS Office applications)
      • Familiarity with design techniques (e.g. prototyping)
      • Understanding of visual elements (layout, type, and fonts)
      • Teamwork skills
      • A keen eye for detail – understanding of brand standards
      • Time management and multitasking abilities
      • Creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude
      • Online portfolio very helpful
