      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide basic level desktop/server support, including user account management, password resets, and application support
      - Assist in setting up email accounts on mobile devices
      - Install software and configure hardware as needed
      - Troubleshoot basic printer/scanner issues and provide onsite/remote computer/network support
      - Conduct malware and virus remediation efforts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-2 years of help desk experience
      - 1-2 years of experience with on-site and phone-based troubleshooting (hardware and software)
      - 1-2 years of hands-on IT client/end-user support experience
      - Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Office 365, and Microsoft desktop operating systems
      - Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and a clean driving record

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Exposure to basic network concepts (LAN/WAN/VPN) and cloud technologies
      - Familiarity with phone systems and their integration in IT support
