Job Title- Jr. Project Manager - UCaaS

Location: Nashville TN – Hybrid

Job Description-

• Assist in the coordination and completion of UCaaS projects, ensuring goals, deadlines, and budgetary requirements are met.
• Support the Senior Project Manager in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Help manage project tasks and resource allocation, including project schedules, timelines, and tracking/reporting progress.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders to ensure effective progress toward objectives.
• Contribute to risk management and problem-solving efforts, identifying potential issues and working with the team to develop and implement solutions.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other related materials.
• Participate in Agile project management activities, supporting the adoption and implementation of Agile practices within the project team.
• Support the RFP process, vendor evaluation, and selection efforts as needed, ensuring alignment with project goals and requirements.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in project management or a related role, with exposure to telecommunications, IT, or UCaaS projects preferred.
• Basic understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools, with a willingness to learn and apply Agile practices.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen interest in technology and innovation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and collaboration tools.
