      - Conduct market surveys and analyze data to determine market values and support negotiations
      - Deliver real estate market analysis to discuss trends and pricing information with Real Estate Contracting Officers
      - Utilize various systems and software to manage lease agreements, documentation, and research

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's Degree
      - At least 3 years of general real estate experience
      - Strong customer service skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word
      - Experience with research and data analysis in a real estate context

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Technical writing skills
      - Experience in commercial or federal real estate management
      - Familiarity with lease administration
      - Background in administrative functions and project management
      - Ability to analyze economic trends and employment data relevant to real estate
