      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in the day-to-day management of retailer accounts, ensuring exceptional service
      - Support the national Account Director in planning, merchandising, and co-op management
      - Track and report on retailer performance, sales data, and key metrics
      - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of retailer projects and campaigns
      - Play a key role in managing and driving the Target.com business

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
      - 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a customer-facing role preferred; entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing tasks, including data entry
      - Basic understanding of sales processes and eCommerce business
