What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the Project Manager by managing emails, identifying actions, and inputting data into customer applications
- Index and upload documents into the document repository for project support
- Assist customers in locating documents and provide one-on-one training to the Project Management Office
- Review correspondence to ensure compliance with AR 25-50
- Analyze and integrate data using various document management tools and processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in a relevant field
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Current, active Secret security clearance
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Basic understanding of the U.S. Government acquisition process and related documentation

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a consulting role, demonstrating the ability to set priorities and organize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with Army programs and operations
- Knowledge of AS9100 and Quality Management System policies and procedures
