What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Accounts payable processing, including invoices and payment runs
- Processing expense reports through Expensify
- Documenting and processing credit card transactions and reconciling monthly statements
- Invoicing customers and monitoring collections for accounts receivable
- Reconciling bank and other accounts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Intermediate level CPA student with 1-2 years of industry experience
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Finance/Accounting preferred
- Previous experience with accounting software, preferably Xero or Quickbooks
- Strong Excel skills including vlookups and pivot tables
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
