What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate with store personnel to request surveys related to inventory and markdown equipment
- Process inbound ServiceNow tickets, ensuring content is cleaned, standardized, and free of spelling errors
- Follow up with stores to confirm the accuracy of submitted information
- Conduct weekly data pulls from ServiceNow, updating Excel files and compiling summary reports for management
- Maintain detailed records of all communications and actions taken in ServiceNow tickets

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required
- Basic proficiency in Excel for data exports and reports
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow established procedures and complete tasks responsibly
