      SUMMARY: Provide systems, real property, and field inventory expertise to the DAWSON Real Property (RP) team supporting DLA Installation Management in the DLA Enterprise Business System (EBS), an SAP-based product. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to learn and understand the RP acquire-to-retire process and the RP Project System lifecycle, the ability to conduct virtual and in-person training sessions, and the ability to travel to DLA sites and conduct equipment and material inventories. This position will assist with preparing training and procedural documentation, providing support to users who contact the EBS Real Property Help Desk, running and analyzing real property reports, preparing and reviewing high-level summary reports and presentations for leadership, providing assistance and guidance to EBS users through formal training sessions and the EBS Real Property Help Desk, preparing for and conducting on-site equipment and material inventories, providing support for training events, researching evidentiary material (EM), conducting system testing, and bringing Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM) projects to closure. This is a remote opportunity that requires travel. Travel may require several consecutive weeks at on-site locations.

      DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
      • Provide support in the DLA EBS for Real Property Project System, Flexible Real Estate, and Plant Maintenance/Material Management modules.
      • Prepare, review, and edit Job Aids, SOPs, and other relevant material to disseminate to EBS users.
      • Conduct RP training. Training activities can include participating in the creation and editing of training material, conducting training, providing technical and back-up support during training, assisting with researching specific training examples, recording questions and answers during training, tracking attendance, and preparing and analyzing post-survey materials such as surveys and certificates.
      • Perform various scheduled and ad-hoc data reviews and analyses on EBS system data.
      • Research and understand DLA's and DoD's policies, procedures, business processes, and regulations as they relate to RP and SRM.
      • Provide help desk coverage by answering phones and emails during contract hours. Understand the help desk processes and ticket entry system. Write up remedy tickets for elevation as required and follow up with users until issues are resolved.
      • Perform EBS system testing. Assist during system testing events for rollout of updated and new functionality or troubleshoot potential system issues. Develop test scripts based on understanding of how users utilize the EBS system, develop test data and follow test scripts, coordinate across modules for more complex testing as needed, record and summarize test results, present demos of adverse findings.
      • Research and gather EM/documentation to support project closure.
      • Work closely with DLA Installation Management, J6, J7, J8, and Project Managers, Project Engineers, Finance Analysts, and Business Analysts across DLA's Major Subordinate Commands (MSCs) to provide assistance with ULOs, negative payables, AUCs, and project closure.
      • Draft memorandums for record as needed for project closure.
      • Attend and document meetings, as requested.
      • Travel on-site to provide equipment and material inventory support. Coordinate schedules and travel, run reports and review existing inventory data, perform field inventories, collect new and revise existing inventory data, perform QA/QC checks on collected field data, prepare data load sheets, prepare trip reports and lessons learned documentation, train site personnel on the inventory process and use of EBS system.
      • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

      SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

      This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

      QUALIFICATIONS:
      • Four (4) year degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent/relevant experience.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
      • Ability to work effectively in a team environment to achieve project goals.
      • Ability to manage time effectively to meet project schedules.
      • Ability to take overall direction and work independently when necessary.
      • Self-motivated and quality focused.
      • Experience in real property, customer support, systems analysis, equipment inventory, accounting, or auditing a plus.
      • Experience with SAP a plus.
      • US. Citizenship.
      • Ability to travel.
      • Clearable (although a clearance is not necessary).
      • Computer skills required:
      • Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
