What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with diverse teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into detailed UAT plans and test cases
- Perform documentation and reporting for system analysis and business requirements using relevant software such as MS Office and SQL
- Communicate with end users to gather requirements and support the story writing process
- Conduct system analysis and software testing using SQL, JIRA, or other tools
- Support UAT activities, ensuring the testing environment is set up correctly and that all test cases are executed as planned

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in business analysis with a focus on User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex business requirements
- Proficiency in SQL and JIRA, as well as other relevant tools
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Financial industry experience
- Skilled in reporting and development using Tableau, Power BI, or other database and reporting tools
- Experience in system analysis and development using Salesforce
- Financial modeling skills
- Ability to manage strict deadlines and prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment
