What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to user requests for assistance by telephone or email
- Clearly define technical problems and provide detailed descriptions
- Perform password resets and system diagnosis
- Track and resolve Salesforce tickets
- Support customers with data analysis and provide continuous improvement to technical support processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma
- ITIL 4 Certification Desired
- 0 to 4 years of experience
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
- Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately follow procedures and instructions
- Experience in help desk operations and troubleshooting internet browsers and Microsoft Office

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in call tracking, documentation, and service requests
- Knowledge of internet browser settings, security zones, and troubleshooting Outlook problems
