      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop pre-award procurement artifacts such as acquisition plans, Statements of Work (SOW), and market research documents
      - Utilize Excel to create and troubleshoot Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE)
      - Provide acquisition strategy support and conduct market research
      - Facilitate vendor engagement by scheduling and supporting meetings with industry representatives
      - Assist with post-award contract administration, including invoice processing and performance management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BA/BS degree or an additional 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
      - Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, with at least 1 year in acquisition/procurement/contract management support activities related to the federal government
      - Prior experience using the PRISM contract writing system and the Federal Financial Management System (FFMS)
      - Public Trust clearance required
      - Current client badges are highly desired
