- Assist in reviewing and drafting teaming and non-disclosure agreements with prime contractors and subcontractors.
- Support the analysis of solicitations and assist with proposal development, including identifying key terms and conditions.
- Provide basic guidance to Program Managers and project teams regarding contractual obligations and potential risks.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure integrated and seamless support for mission delivery.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and subcontracts under the guidance of senior contracts administrators.
- Participate in ad hoc projects and support tasks related to joint ventures and due diligence.
- Maintain organized records and documentation to support contract management activities.
- Participate in training and professional development to stay current on regulatory and policy changes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or a related field (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of federal contracting principles or willingness to learn.
- Understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Department of Defense supplement (DFARS)
- Experience with contract management software or systems (e.g., Deltek Costpoint) is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
