What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in the implementation and training support for new tools, resources, or applications
- Automate processes using Salesforce tools such as process builder and flows
- Handle administrative functions including user maintenance and report generation
- Document and track all customizations made in Salesforce
- Work with leadership to develop necessary reports essential to production and the business

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 1 year of Salesforce experience
- Experience with Dataloader and Sales Cloud required
- Proven ability to analyze data and make recommendations for improvement
- Salesforce Administrator certification

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in business development/sales
- Implementation experience preferred
- Experience with Marketing Cloud, CRM Analytics, and Sales Engagement preferred
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality
- HTML coding experience preferred
