      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform data entry, maintain spreadsheets, and develop reports using Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts)
      - Process invoices and expenses accurately and efficiently
      - Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
      - Assist with meeting coordination and support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and contractors
      - Manage administrative tasks including systems access and equipment ordering

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
      - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, data analytics, VLOOKUP)
      - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
      - Ability to multitask and manage heavy workloads in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with PowerBI
      - Strong PowerPoint skills
      - Proven problem-solving abilities and strong organizational skills
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Experience in handling confidential information
