      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conceptualize and design multimedia marketing materials, including videos, social media graphics, and print collateral
      - Create motion graphics and platform-specific content that embodies the brand’s personality
      - Develop short video trailers for scholarly books across various subjects
      - Produce professional photographs of products and people, as well as book mockups and cover designs
      - Collaborate with the Creative Director to refine designs and maintain a unified visual brand

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Degree from a 4-year college or university, BFA preferred, with an interest in publishing
      - Minimum of 6 months of applied experience, such as an internship, with animation preferred but not required
      - Strong design ability, particularly in typography, as demonstrated in a portfolio
      - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud on a Mac platform, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Acrobat Pro
      - Excellent communication skills and a collaborative working style

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with graphic design for print and digital platforms, including typography and 2D animation
      - Familiarity with databases and scheduling software
