What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Cisco network devices (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Implement changes to network configurations following approved procedures
- Ensure LAN/WAN availability and optimal performance while collaborating with cybersecurity teams
- Maintain and update network diagrams, documentation, and asset inventories
- Perform analysis of IT systems to identify performance bottlenecks or reliability issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS degree with 0-2 years of experience or HS diploma with 6-8 years of experience
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification
- Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation and clearance
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
