What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in the administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the U.S. Air Force's Esri geospatial systems, including ArcGIS Enterprise and related technologies
- Ensure system uptime, performance, and security, performing routine maintenance tasks such as backups and updates
- Collaborate with the team to design and implement cloud-based solutions for the U.S. Air Force's Esri geospatial systems
- Perform regular security updates, patches, and vulnerability scans on Esri geospatial systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with Esri geospatial systems and AWS cloud infrastructure

What is Required (Qualifications):
- US Citizen with a DoD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain and maintain
- 1-2 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Geography, GIS, Computer Science, or Engineering
- Strong understanding of Esri software including ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Pro, and ArcGIS Server
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Geospatial Systems Administration with an understanding of Esri Enterprise infrastructure and AWS cloud infrastructure
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Hands-on experience with scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell
- Experience with cloud security, including AWS IAM and compliance with U.S. Air Force cloud security policies
- Familiarity with U.S. Air Force regulations and security protocols
- CompTIA Security+ Certification
- Amazon Web Services Certified Cloud Practitioner or Developer
