      - Build relationships with junior golfers, their families, coaches, and golf organizations
      - Attend junior golf tournaments and events to connect with prospective students and families
      - Serve as a trusted resource for families navigating the balance between academics and athletics
      - Identify and pursue partnerships with golf academies and industry leaders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in education, sports management, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
      - Previous experience in recruitment, admissions, coaching, or the junior golf world
      - Strong knowledge of the junior golf ecosystem, including organizations and college pathways
      - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
      - Ability to travel to golf tournaments and events as needed

      - Experience or connections in the junior golf space, such as coaching or college recruitment
      - Proven ability to manage multiple relationships and initiatives effectively
