What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract junior golfers to the employer's online school
- Build relationships with junior golfers, families, coaches, and golf organizations, acting as the primary ambassador for the employer
- Attend junior golf tournaments and events to engage with prospective students and families
- Serve as a resource for families navigating the enrollment process, clearly communicating the employer's value proposition
- Identify and pursue partnerships with golf academies and industry leaders to enhance the employer's presence in the junior golf community

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Deep passion for golf and education, advocating for flexible, high-quality education for young athletes
- Experience or connections in the junior golf space, including coaching or college recruitment
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to guide families through significant decisions
- Excellent communication skills to articulate the employer's mission and programs
- Bachelor’s degree in education, sports management, business, or a related field or equivalent experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in recruitment, admissions, coaching, or within the junior golf ecosystem
- Strong knowledge of junior golf organizations, tournaments, and college pathways
- Ability to travel to golf tournaments and events as required
