What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the graphics team to develop designs that align with the employer's vintage aesthetic and storytelling approach
- Manage and complete assigned weekly designs according to deadlines while incorporating feedback from the manager and Director of Graphic Design
- Visualize finished artwork on specific silhouettes and make necessary adjustments to designs
- Conduct a graphic checklist to ensure accuracy and quality before submitting artwork
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and meetings to conceptualize new ideas and designs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet all deadlines
- Openness to feedback and a willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team

- Previous experience in graphic design or a related field
- A portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creativity
- Familiarity with the apparel industry or merchandise design
