What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and track inventory activity to ensure efficient order fulfillment
- Coordinate daily activation of up-priced stock and manage printings within quantity thresholds
- Perform in-depth inventory analysis to recommend disposition of excess and obsolete inventory
- Liaise with order fulfillment and distribution partners to resolve customer queries and product quality concerns
- Create production orders and maintain title notes for backlist reprints

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1-2 years of publishing experience
- Previous experience in Inventory Management, Sales, or Finance
- Excellent analytical skills with comfortability in handling numbers and data
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SAP and Power BI is a plus
