What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with IT Service Delivery, IT Operations, and business units to support operations processes related to identity management and security services
- Drive resolution of security operational issues and analyze Service Provider operations under the guidance of the Cybersecurity Manager
- Track and monitor projects to ensure they meet business needs and service level agreements
- Facilitate audits and ensure documentation for Security Services is current and accessible
- Participate in the management of investigations related to security breaches and incidents
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-3 years of experience in security services, security analysis, deployment, and support
- Knowledge of IT security tools, trends, and best practices
- Familiarity with SailPoint, CyberArk, PingFederate, PingOne, or SPHEREboard is a plus
- Experience with coding languages and IAM/PAM technologies/tools
- Strong analytical skills, including process analysis, problem solving, and root cause analysis
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with coding languages relevant to IAM/PAM technologies
- Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements in cybersecurity
