What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with the installation and configuration of networking hardware under the guidance of senior staff
- Support the implementation of network security best practices and protocols
- Monitor network performance and assist in routine maintenance tasks
- Respond to support tickets related to network issues and escalate when necessary
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions in service tickets and knowledge base articles
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2–3 years of experience in a technical support or network-related role
- Basic knowledge of network operating systems and devices, including Meraki and Cisco
- Familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and other fundamental networking protocols
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn from senior engineers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Exposure to networking tools and monitoring platforms
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
- A strong desire to grow professionally and pursue industry certifications (e.g., ECMS, CCNA)
