Support building AFP targets , plus quarterly forecasts , as well as the delivery of the Ecommerce Annual Financial Plan (AFP) by generating traffic and demand revenue through paid media.
Support the eCommerce Strategy by defining optimal channel mix of the future together with the Performance Marketing team as well as the Levi.com trading team.
Manage P aid Media channels in order to optimize demand revenue. Set-up testing plans alongside the Media Agency for Search Engine Marketing. Drive alignment and optimize ways of working with Media partners , challenging them on working collaboratively to deliver the AFP.
Manage the creation and delivery of the weekly & monthly reports .
Work with key functional partners including Brand Marketing to align priorities and strategies, drive integration, share best practices on data, targeting and communications .
Partner with key business partners including Ecom Operations as well as Ecom Site Merchandising to align the investment strategy , ensuring it is aligned to the commercial calendar , as well as developing and executing dedicated plans around selected promotional moments (MSS, EOSS, BF).
Act as internal champion for Demand Generation within North Europe Cluster and Brand Marketing teams to educate stakeholders on activities and market evolution .
D rive the asset management (Agency, Creative Studio, P artner )
Manage the relationship with our media agencies , briefing and driving internally business initiatives .
Act as a key link between wider digital team and the regional analytics team .
Coordinate and align performance marketing efforts with regional and local brand marketing teams including calendar alignment on stories and promos, creative alignment, campaign launches, etc.
Deliver the performance media data for all MMM projects and critically evaluate results with a focus on how we can use MMM insights to further optimize our media across brand and performance marketing .
Support with the delivery of Joint Business Plans (JBP’s) with key media partners such as Google, Meta & other social platforms.
Perform strategic analysis using all available sources of information (internal consumer data, consumer insights, research data, industry sources), to support the decision-making process and strategic direction with a continuous test and learn mindset .
Generate reports, trend data and benchmark marketing initiatives to gain insights and measure progress against established goals .
Develop a deeper understanding of the drivers of our KPIs and me trics within multiple eCommerce marketing channels ( O n- S ite , Search , Social , Affiliates ).
Build analysis/insights in a value driven format to executive stakeholders.
Analyse and p resent performance results to wider business teams.
Work with key stakeholders to evaluate ROI for marketing strategies, promotions and other initiatives.

Existing experience within a Performance Marketing Role

We are seeking an agile, data driven, innovative performance marketing expert with a sense of humour to join our digital team! You ar e based in London .
The Junior Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the A&P spend for Demand Generation (DG) for levi.com in North Europe, with a budget in the region of $18m . This role is highly complex managing all our paid acquisition channels - including Paid Search, Affiliate s , Paid Social and any other relevant DG media tactics. The role is responsible for supporting the building and the execution of the financial plan for demand generation and the associated demand revenue, as well as achieving revenue targets across the region as well as in key markets, in close collaboration with key business stakeholders.
While this role sits under North Europe, there is also close collaboration required with the North Europe Creative Studio, the levi.com team and close partnership with the Brand Marketing team. The aim is to create a seamless experience for the consumer across brand and performance media, and so the role plays an important part in the overall Media Integration process.Key Responsibilities
