**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
- Conduct market research through webinars, tradeshows, and customer communication to gather insights
- Develop products by creating specifications, mock-ups, and requirement documents based on customer needs
- Collaborate with Engineering teams to communicate requirements and manage product lifecycle activities
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Produce customer-facing content such as brochures, training guides, and social media videos

**What is Required (Qualifications):**
- Bachelor's degree in technical or medical fields or comparable experience
- At least 1 year of experience in product-related and/or customer-facing positions such as Product Management, Sales, or Technical Support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills and ability to position the company’s value proposition effectively
- Self-motivated individual with strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
