At Curbio you will: - Assist the Project Manager with overseeing the successful execution of home renovation projects based on a defined scope of work, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project goals.
- Conduct site visits to ensure work is completed.
- Help prepare project documentation, including contracts, change orders and materials selection.
- Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project timelines and expectations are met.
- Leverage a trusted network of contractors in the select city to ensure high-quality work and timely project completion.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion and client satisfaction.
- Support quality control efforts by inspecting work and addressing deficiencies.
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, updating project databases, and maintaining records.
Qualifications and Skills: - 1-3 years of experience managing residential home remodeling projects, including direct interaction with homeowners.
- Proven track record in residential renovations, such as flipping houses, working with real estate investors, or providing interior design services.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate project details and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel locally within the market to meet with clients and oversee projects.
- This role is 100% field-based, requiring a proactive and self-motivated approach
